One very powerful feature is the built-in note and document version tracking. Any changes to the note are recorded and the history of those changes can be reviewed. Using this feature you can implement a document versioning system.

Attachments, like notes, can be viewed online, downloaded to a local computer or sent via e-mail to someone. Whenever a user tries to access a file the username, time and date, computer name and IP address and access method (view, download or e-mail) is recorded. This file auditing feature allows to check who and when was accessing the file or if any unauthorized user had access to this information.
